Request for exemption

In accordance with the legislation in force, during the procurement procedures carried out under the Act CXLIII of 2015 on Public Procurement, and the Act XXX of 2016 on procurement for defence and security purposes, derogation from the application of the rules of procurement defined by the law may be possible under the condition that a procedure of exemption request is conducted.
