Our profession

The fundamental objective of the Constitution Protection Office is to protect the safety of Hungarian citizens, the constitutional values and the institutions of the democratic state governed by the rule of law.

The establishment and maintenance of security is realized through the complex cooperation between the components of the law enforcement and security system, in which the Constitution Protection Office – as a national security service – is responsible for detecting and countering the hidden risks, which are posing threats to the political, social, or economic safety of the country.
